    Amazing atmosphere, food, innovation, and staff! Great for dinner, their menu changes seasonally and their small plates are delicious. Great cocktails. Be sure if you are in town to go to their monthly bake sale in the first Saturday of the month - incredible pastries! Desserts are amazing as well, be sure to save room.

    Amazing food, atmosphere, and drinks every time I visit!! Shift is a Flagstaff must visit for all these reasons in addition to their ever-changing and creative menu. When I dine out with my friends and family, it is all about the experience. The small plate serving style allow us to try several things on the menu and have an amazing time. What are you waiting for? Go have a great dinner!

    Very good meal tonight. Lamb was very well cooked. Odd choice for texture variety on the plate. A very good Old Fashioned.

    Edit - First meal at Shift in a while. It manages to maintain the star rating. On line reservations didn't work at all so I just called, no biggee there. The menu remains limited but creative. The food was above average. This time we had the Pork Belly and Gnocchi. The service was good. An overall good experience.

    @Caitlin - Not really sure. I get redirected to Yelp to make the reservation, and no matter what browser or OS I use when I go to book I receive “An error has occurred, please try again later.”

    Shift is the kind of restaurant that you walk into with high expectations based on reviews & word of mouth recommendations, and walk out eager for your next visit.

    Dara and the team have come up with some of the most unique and delicious food combinations that leave guests with that big-eyed, full-mouth look that you get when you take your first bite and say, "Whoa. You gotta try this".
    You know the look.

    The excellent food, beautiful location, and accommodating staff make this establishment one that is worth coming back to again and again...and again.

    The monthly bake sale is also not to be missed! You can taste the love and passion that's been infused into each pastry.

    Shift easily takes the spot as the best restaurant in Flagstaff!
