Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill

The food and wine were wonderful. But what's really spectacular is the ambiance and environment. truly a stunning property and a uniquely designed restaurant, decorated very thoughtfully. We truly enjoyed our dining experience. I advise you go early and take photos on the property while you wait for your table. You won't regret it! For dessert, the coconut flan was awesome.

Such an awesome time at mariposa! We went here for my birthday and it was excellent. Not only is the location/restaurant itself stunning, but the food and drinks were absolutely delicious! They also gave me a little complementary birthday dessert, which was really cool. Our waiter Levi was the best! When we asked him for a photo at the table, he brought us outside for the red rock back drop! He was super friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He really sealed the deal on our amazing dinning experience!

An absolutely wonderful experience. We loved the enclosed patio for sunset service. Everything we ordered was wonderful! The octopus was perfect! Highly recommend! Service was impressive and the drinks were delicious! We were so grateful to get a table without a reservation after we visited another restaurant nearby with a reservation and had to leave the service was so bad!

I felt inspired by the beauty of the views and the detail of the decor... down to the classy bathrooms. However, the food wasn't anything special. The wait staff are worth 10 Stars. The ambiance inside is beautiful, the food is okay/ not the best meal I've had, nothing was really exceptional about the food experience. Definitely the flavors and textures did not win me over. My steak arrived undercooked, and that would be fine if the rest of the meal was amazing but it just was not worth the price. Our meal for 2, well over $200.00 but nothing special. We didn't order dessert.

Surprisingly, they were able to accommodate me as a vegan. The service was AMAZING! We had a great time with our server Kelvin and his co-servers Tim and Brian! I was happy to see an upscale restaurant have the ability to joke around (when provoked). We had some fun produce trivia (I work for a produce distributor) and the guys were great sports. Definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
