I came here once during a staycation up in Strawberry/Pine area. I had passed this place numerous times and decided to finally try it for breakfast one morning. While it is a really cute spot and has nice indoor/outdoor seating available plus a small bakery counter, unfortunately the food/flavor didn't quite deliver, but I would still recommend checking it out just for the atmosphere, service, and supporting local. When I went, I sat on the front porch and ordered a hot chocolate and a really simple traditional breakfast of fried eggs and sausage patties plus a side of pancakes. Hot chocolate is basically impossible to mess up, it was tasty and warmed me up! The eggs and sausage were pretty standard, not bad but nothing spectacular, and the pancakes were a bit dry, but nothing that a little butter and syrup couldn't fix/mask. My waitress was friendly and prompt and I still enjoyed my overall experience here; I may try some new places before returning, but if you are looking for a cute, quick, reasonably priced bite to start your day, this spot will get the job done.

We just loved having dinner here. The service was above and beyond, and the food was absolutely delicious. Such a find in a small town like Pine Arizona. Everything was very fresh and homemade and I will definitely be back.

First off service was the absolute best. Vicki, our server, was absolutely amazing! Prompt and very informative. We met Adriana, and she is one of the owners and has brought her sisters recipes from Durango, Mexico and the food is amazing! Adriana was the best host and made us feel at home. If you want some good food, great atmosphere and good authentic Mexican food, it's a must try.

The BEST service that we've ever had in the Pine are period. They were very friendly and had all sorts of suggestions and even offered us to try some of the sauces before ordering. The food was pretty good as well. The beans and rice are not traditional and more of a fusion but still very tasty. The enchiladas were folded over instead of the traditional rolled but that doesn't affect taste, just presentation and cooking textures.
