The Early Bird

The food was great. The portions were large. I can see why so many people recommend this place.
Our server was not great however. She was not friendly at all. When we said thank you or please there was absolutely no response. I don't think I saw her smile once. It was probably about noon when she went. So we tried to give her the excuse that she had been there all morning and she was probably tired. But, this is your job you working the service industry. Be nice. Make a little effort. It wouldn't have been like she was super overworked since there were a ton of employees in there. Some even sitting and eating and just joking around They got up to help where needed. Had we had any other server would probably be a five-star review.

Best biscuits & gravy around! All breakfast all the time! Great food, friendly staff, great cooks get you your meal fast! Clean bathrooms, ample parking, easy to locate, and you have a 90% chance of seeing an elk when you are in this area. Drive slow.

We stopped by this morning for breakfast and it was a great experience. Really good food, friendly service, and very fair prices. The food was super fast also. Will definitely be back.

For me it was like walking into my grandmothers kitchen as a child. The smells, the smiling faces. Everyone was amazing and the food was exceptional. I would recommend this place to every traveler driving through Pine. Well worth taking a day trip to eat there and see the sights. Fantastic place.
