TJ's Homestyle Restaurant

I'm always in search of a nice local establishment, unique from the typical franchises that are seeded all over Arizona. Not saying anything is wrong with them. I just like to support local mom and pop type businesses. Although I've driven by TJ's for years and was curious, I never took the chance to see what they had to offer until a friend suggested it. I am a creature of habit and finally decided to check this place out. Looks small from the outside, but it's actually quite large on the inside. Nice family style breakfasts. Good food. Great and attentive staff. Reasonable prices. This is definitely my new to-go breakfast place.

Nice quaint spot that reminds you of a cafe right off main street. They're serving up huge portions of everything. My fave spot sat mornings after work.

Good food, good people. What's a better combination than sharing it with your family. They do it up right here. If you are trying to decide if this place is worth it look no further. You may wait awhile to get seated but the food is truly worth the wait and you can peruse the memorabilia and funny sayings while you wait. We have gone at different days and times, different sized parties and have never waited more than 20 minutes. If you are considering it, stop, go see for yourself. I promise you will not be disappointed and be sure to try a cinnamon roll appetizer.

You get waited on quickly. They have lots of breakfast options. Your food comes in a short amount of time. They serve a good amount of food on the plate. It is down home cooking, and they make their baked goods in-house. The food is good, and priced fairly. What more could you ask for?

The food is amazing. High in demand place to go for breakfast and brunch. Staff is a riot! Price increases since our last visit, but on par with others, and plentiful portions. Cinnamon rolls, the best you have ever had! Order one, it's huge!
