(March 22, 2019, 9:06 pm)Was okay. A little disappointed. I ordered a Oaxaca burrito and the chorizo was black and extremely greasy! I don't know if my burrito got the bottom of the barrel chorizo but it was gross. I had to soak up the excess Grease with at least 8 to 10 napkins. But other than that it's always been a pleasant experience maybe it was just not my lucky day. But my husband's order was perfect and he really enjoyed it.

(March 16, 2019, 5:41 am)Carolina's has the best chimichangas I have found anywhere! The chicken filling was perfectly spiced and the chimi shell was crispy and yummy. My only complaint is that the Mexican rice was bland.
The prices here are very reasonable. -

(February 20, 2019, 3:54 am)The food is so good. We have been eating at our Avondale location since it opened. Before that we ate at the 12 street and Mohave since we were children. It was our parents restaurant of choice for Mexican food sometimes waiting an hour or more for this delicious treat.

This location is very nice with plenty of seating, Include patio seating.
Fresh tortillas are a must to take home, as well as uncooked chorizo, mild or hot.
