Porkopolis BBQ

Food is decent. Chicken and turkey were very dry. Brady's BBQ sauce selection is good.

I rarely give 5 stars, I'd give this place 10, for the food alone. Service had something to be desired. Saturday afternoon, mostly empty, 2 servers, neither of which were very good.
The burnt ends, pulled pork, brisket, wings were all fabulous. Clean, especially the bathrooms.

Brisket and BBQ sauces were great. Some good bark and very juicy slices. Atmosphere fun and lively, especially during March Madness. BBQ ribs were good and side dishes were good accompaniments to the meal.

First time there. Excellent food. Service was great. Everyone was friendly. Large selection of draft beers.

Staff and environment was great my wife had the dirty bird sandwich and was very good. I had the full rack ribs and they we unfortunately salty like somone dumped a whole bag of salt on them. I should have said something but we were tired. I would give them another chance and next time I'll say something if they are that salty.

I will give more stars next time if the taste improves.
