    Every time I go here the lines are super long, but I would say that just means they have a good product. The ice cream is always great and the staff is friendly the bathrooms are clean and they have out door seating. They let you sample before you buy as well as have premade ice cream cakes and cupcakes. The nice lady last time I went there wrote on the cake for free and was very nice to my little one ..highly recommended

    My card wasn't working and they were very patient and let someone else in my group stay there while I went to my bank. She put my ice cream in the freezer for me which was really considerate. I didn't feel embarrassed or judged despite the mishap.

    Best service ever. The lady interacted with my child so that she wasn't afraid to make choices but also didn't lead my kid on to believe she was in charge of what we would purchase. She gave great recommendations for mix ins when I was coming for my husband who want present. And she knew all of the products really well so she narrowed down the million things I wanted to sample to like three. Really great experience overall

    It's cold stone. Ice cream is good but not crazy good. Price bit high for what you get.

    If you love ice cream, you'll love this place! My favorite cold stone creation is the coffee lovers!! Service here is ALWAYS great! If I could make this place home, I would! YUM! YUM! YUM!!!
