Little Anita's New Mexican Foods

I was pretty excited to try this supposedly New Mexican food restaurant, so disappointing, not one thing I ordered was homemade, from the sauce they used for the Chile Colorado(las palamas from the can?) Tastes that way at least..Thankfully I got a cup instead of the plate, from the beginning with the salsa I had a feeling it wasn't going to be what I was expecting..the flautas were frozen ones and even the guacamole was store bought..very disappointed.. service was nice... definitely not returning and wouldn't recommend if your looking for authentic "New Mexican" food

I brought my wife for Breakfast here to Little Anita's and as much as it reminds us of Albuquerque, it's ok not the same as home. But I gotta say the sopapillas are a lot better than other New Mexican restaurants here in AZ. This is the second time we come here and we'll keep coming as long as it's here. Plus the service is always good. So thanks you Little Anita's for opening up here.

I really enjoyed the great taste of New Mexican cuisine. I ate Huevos Rancheros during my first visit. The service was very fast and the food was delicious. I came back for lunch a week later and had Chicken Enchiladas. The restaurant was busier during this second visit, but the food still arrived pretty quickly. Again, the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Food: The best NM style food in the Valley! Exactly what I had expected and some. The combo plate w/Xmas chile was very good. Stuffed sopa was great, and having the sopapilla provided during meal topped it off. Chips and salsa were complimentary, and the side were very tasty.

Service: did a great job! Very attentive while the food preparation was quick.

Will be coming back again!!!

Little Anita’s was our go to New Mexican restaurant in Albuquerque. So excited they opened in Chandler. Been 3 times in the last 3 weeks and the food and service have been FANTASTIC!!! I wanted the food to be the same as in Albuquerque and IT IS!!! So good! I can’t recommend Little Anita’s enough! Great service from everyone and the food is exactly the same as northern New Mexico Mexican food. Give it a shot!
