Tasty selection of brisket, Turkey and various sides. Potato salad was great! Overall good food, however a little dry on it's own. Atmosphere is nice, large selection of drinks, many on ice and also fountain.

The food was good, the customer service was great! We were greeted upon entry and informed to let the servers know that we were first timers. Our server was extremely nice and made great recommendations. The pork loin sandwich was delicious. I was worried about the taste because they brought the sandwich out dry. But I topped it with bbq sauce at the table and Cole slaw and had the perfect sandwich. The brisket was tasty as well. Rudy's beans were very savory and would've paired well with some corn bread, which they surprisingly don't offer. We also had banana pudding and peach cobbler. The pudding was good but the cobbler was very tasty. I wish I would've ordered that instead. Overall, a great experience. We're definitely going back to try other things on the menu.

We've found Rudy's to be hit and miss with the food. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was a miss. The brisket was flavorless and had no bark. The baby back ribs were tasteless. The sausage, though, was pretty good, although really hot.

That said, we invited friends for dinner since they had never been to Rudy's. They LOVED the food.

We've tried Rudy's in the past and had better food. Unfortunately, the latest visit did not prove to be a hit.

The casual dining atmosphere was just what you would expect, from the steal signs on the walls to the mixture of picnic and standard tables. Staff was super friendly guiding a first timer through the ordering process, even offering samples. Turkey and pulled pork were extremely soft. Turkey had an amazing flavor, the pulled port need a sauce. The table had two barbeque sauces and a hot sauce to kick it up.

Really great BBQ. I definitely suggest trying the turkey, it's SO moist. I was never a big fan of turkey before but ever since I've tried Rudy's turkey I get it every time I go. The creamed corn is not at all the kind you might have had from a can as a kid. It's sweet and delicious but also very filling so start small. Great family seating and casual atmosphere. This is the kind of place where most everybody eats with their hands. You can buy little chunks of cheese in the refrigerators, or potato salad, or get some warm cobbler. Rice krispie treats are pretty good too! Just try little bits of everything to see what you like most.
