Been to this location many times and they are always fast and professional. Today I ordered my usual apples n greens in addition to a few other drinks. Turns out mine had Greek yogurt (something I’m allergic to) and we went back to see about getting it swapped. The staff handled it with care, apologized, and got me the right order quickly. They were friendly fixing this small little slip up and because of how well they handled it I will definitely keep coming back.

This Jamba is honestly great. I just recently started coming here due to my new office being nearby and the workers are literally amazing. Definitely a great start to each day knowing people care to give such friendly service so early in the morning. They go above and being to make sure I am aware of new things at Jamba that enhance my experience. 10/10 would recommend. Especially after I left my food and was greeted around the corner. That dedication is awesome and super made my day. Great location!

A drive-thru Jamba! Excellent service and product! Strawberries Whirl is a great dairy-free option and plant-based choices are also awesome.

I love this Jamba juice. The staff here is always friendly and cheer up my day. I always ask them to surprise me with their favorite Jamba, and it is always the best. Check out the banana and blueberry toast. It is very tasty.

I suppose this is more of a critique for the corporate structure of Jamba than it is of the fine customer service I received during my first visit here. Also Keep in mind that this location has only been open for approximately two weeks, so (hopefully) some of these things may change over time.

I had never been to any Jamba location prior to this visit, so as is my usual custom, I asked the 2 girls that were taking my order if they had any recommendations based on their expertise, experience or even just personal opinion. Without much hesitation they recommended the strawberry wild, so I ordered that and a waffle. After waiting some 11-14 minutes, I received my smoothie and waffle. I opened my waffle from the bag and realized that there were no utensils, napkins, plates, or condiments included. I asked if I could receive and if it was customary to get any toppings or syrup or anything else with the waffle. The employee consulted with another employee before confirming that they in fact did not have any condiments to go with the waffle. Somewhat perturbed I continued undeterred. Im glad I did because it ended up being g the best waffle I have ever had in my entire life. The Smoothie was delicious as well.

Despite pleasant customer service, a supremely clean restaurant inside and out, a delicious smoothie, and the best waffle of my life, I was still left with an experience that was less than stellar. The inside is laid out in an intentionally simple, clean, and clutter free design. That design apparently also comes with terribly uncomfortable chairs that left me with a deeper appreciation for Starbucks chairs that usually have small degree of cushion and comfort. But the biggest annoyance, and I don't even know how this is a thing in 2019 anymore, especially when this particular café is surrounded by Rudy's, which has Wi-Fi, Starbucks, which has Wi-Fi, and the Gateway hospital across the street, which has Wi-Fi, I was made to wait the 10 to 15 minutes with no Wi-Fi, no connection to the outside world, and no alternative Jamba products or offerings for me to ponder about... I was left with this plane, although beautiful in concept, empty lobby and the thoughts inside my head… For 15 minutes
