Panera Bread

The last few times I have ordered clam chowder here it has been really bad, almost like they are leaving parts of the shells on the clams. The first several times I have been to this location they have done a good job. However, more recently, my experience has been mostly really bad-- one of the employees spilled coffee all over my car when handing it to me at the drive through, smoothies have been hit or miss, or they have messed up specifications of online orders that I've made in addition to the issue with the clam chowder. I want to give them another chance but unfortunately I am afraid that they will mess up again and I don't want to waste my money at this location.

Great staff & customer service!

This was my first time at this location. We came right before they closed and they didn't try to rush us through our order like other locations. I usually order prior to coming so I don't have to wait, but the wait was relatively short anyway. I ordered the southwest chile lime ranch salad and it was great as usual. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because I forgot to tell the cashier that I had a rewards card and he told me it was too late. I found out at my usual Panera that I could have entered my receipt number online and added my points that way, but I had already thrown the receipt away.

Love Panera and this location is the standard experience. Great, healthy food choices. Great App. Location is super busy and parking is a challenge. Other than that no complaints
