la Madeleine French Bakery & Cafe

Had this for the first time today and loved it! I rarely write reviews but my breakfast was delicious and the restaurant has such a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The restaurant has a casual, nice atmosphere with a fire burning in the fireplace. You order from the counter & they bring the food to your table. Prices are high but typical for this type of dining. I was pleased that the restaurant offered free bread & jam. I ordered the Quiche Florentine & it was so tasty (it just needed more salt). For dessert, I ordered the French Vanilla & Fruit Parfait as well as a Caramel Crème Brûlée (which I enjoyed, but it kind of had a metallic taste from the tin container). There are many good dinner options for vegetarians.

This place is amazing, delicious food and lovely pastries like crepes, Tarts, coconut cakes, and strawberry cream croissants. Even though they messed up my order to go their staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely go there for lunch and they're open pretty early too, during the week.

I love this restaurant and probably come way too much. ???? The food is delicious (can’t go wrong) and the ambiance is great. Such a cute place with the different kinds of brick, French blue doors leading in, and wood beams throughout the place. Love it!
