Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went to this location for lunch because it's not far from the office. This was my first time at this location and I had placed my order using the Chipotle App. I was picking up two different orders with very specific ingredients so I hoped the staff would get it right. Since I had already paid using a gift card I had loaded on the app, I was able to bypass the normal odering line. I was greated by a very nice friendly cashier that asked me how my day was going so far and if I was there for a mobile order. She very quickly verified my order and said they were just finishing up bagging everything so it was only going to be a moment longer. As she handed my bag to me she stated since you used the app, your rewards will load automatically and for me to have a great rest of my day and to please come back again. Rarely do you get that type of experience from what I would consider as a pick up and go type of establishment. When I got back to the office our orders were made perfectly for myself and another office mate. Because of the genuine demonstration of customer service and the overall personality of that young cashier I will go back specifically to that location. 5 Stars!!!

Oh chipotle, it’s the same every time and really good! Today they were feeling good I guess as they gave my a huge scoop of corn. Thanks

Its Chipotle, you know what you're getting. Kind of seems odd though that you're turnover rate seems incredibly high. I don't think I've ever seen the same employee more than twice.

It's been shown that when the employees are valued and actually want to work at your establishment, the quality goes up. Food for thought

Wow! Went in for a chicken bowl. Asked about a military discount. The young last behind the register said, "Of course! Can I see your ID?" I presented the ID and she said, "Thanks for your service" and then adjusted the bill. I about hit the floor when I saw the military discount was 50%!

I've been back twice since ????

Not going to say food is bad it really isn't my favorite thing. Flavors are always very strange but people seem to really enjoy the food. Atmosphere is very nice and the restaurant is very clean. People that work here are very friendly and polite. I will try it again possibly just a flavor I need to get used to.
