Island Fin Poké Company - Gilbert

I have been in a few times now after a friends recommendation and I love it. Not only is the staff nice but the portions are amazing. I always am apprehensive about any poke or sushi place because raw fish is something that can be mishandled or be bad quality but that was not an issue here at all. Everything is fresh and tastes so good. I also have had consistent portions and fish quality each time I've gone.
So much food, and so much ability to customize and make it your own every time. I both love and hate how close I now live to a good poke spot now because every night im like..poke?

The worker was very kind and he explained everything! The bowl was very delicious. He also gave me a free dole whip sample (got the swirl of pineapple and orange)

If you like poke, then this place is AWESOME! Fresh ingredients, great options to build your own bowl, or get one of the preconfigured bowls if you can’t make up your mind. Very friendly service, great addition to East Gilbert!

Fantastic new poke spot in Gilbert with extremely fresh fish and add-ons. The service was also top notch here, with great suggestions. The Dole Whip is literally the same as Disneyland, do not skip it. My new favorite poke spot.

Went to their grand opening and I brought a few friends. Because we were looking for something new to try. And man I’m glad we went there. Food was fresh, perfectly cooked, seasoned and a nice portion. Also the staff had some very attractive people which is always a plus.
