Salad and Go

Delicious food, excellent service. Not all Salad and Go spots are the same with their foods , but this one was great !!

I ordered online and used the drive thru for pickup, it was so easy! The employee handed me my order right away, so fast. I love that there's a separate drive thru for mobile orders! Makes the whole experience so smooth. I did the build your own salad which was Incredible!! All the ingredients were very fresh. The frozen strawberry lemonade is fantastic too.

Only been to this location twice. 1st time was perfect, no issues. 2nd time, today, 8/27/23 everything was good except I ordered 2 cold brews with almond milk and caramel in each one. Definitely no caramel in either one, and I'm not sure there's any almond milk either. I'll still drink them but it's frustrating because you have to pay extra for the caramel and almond milk.

Edit 9/3: I ordered two cold brews and paid extra for almond milk and caramel in both. After paying they gave me 1 of them and said they ran out of cold brew. First thing that bothers me, if they knew they were running out of cold brew why didn't they adjust the total before charging me for it?? Second, how do you run out of cold brew at 10:30am? They gave me a blueberry basil seasonal drink instead. Even though it's only an extra 89 cents, it adds up when I'm consistently being overcharged but not receiving the product I'm paying for. I attached a photo of my receipt and the blueberry drink. I think I might just drive to the location further away from me because they at least were consistent. Maybe train the employees to refund money when the customers aren't getting what they're paying for.
