“Pretty nice place. They didn't change much from when it was Buffalo Wild Wings, but they opened it up a bit and it had a nice feel. Good beer selection and good looking bar. I didn't like the level of the live music. The instrument level was fine but they had the vocals up so loud that it was rattling the glasses. They could have easily turned it down 25% and all have heard it perfectly.”

“Best Sushi in AZ! We love going to orient sushi! Very friendly restaurant with excellent sushi that’s always fresh! We have tried many other places and this by far is one of our favorites! They offer a variety of sushi and other delicious cooked food. The service is great and the servers very friendly! We don’t live close to them but find it’s more than worth our time to drive there! If you're in a street tacos kind of mood with some over the top rice & beans and a cervesa to wash it all down, get yourself over to El Rico's! I just had the #4 combo of an enchilada, taco & tostada. AMAZING!! You can't go wrong here! TIP: I usually see first timers wander in and wait to be seated. Just walk in through the front doors and look for the order window. Order your goodies and seat yourself!”

“One of my favorites. I eat here at least once a month. The salad bar is amazing. I find some of these are really hit or miss. But this one is always clean. The staff is always friendly. The bathrooms are well maintained. This is the only budget I still eat at. After 4 PM they have steak. They also have senior discounts and holidays specials. I can't speak to the desserts as I don't eat much sugar anymore. I do like the chocolate dipped strawberries on occasion. The meals are moderately priced. Toy can take the food to go for like 9 a pound but why???”

“Great soup and salad. So close to great pasta. The menu a Floridino's reads like a down home Italian kitchen cookbook. They have lots of great options that are prepared well. But, any pasta dish I have tried would benefit from a big helping of garlic and seasoning. After eating at Floridino's you can be free to kiss your significant other without first downing several breath mints. I liked the gnocchi with meat sauce and alfredo. They both were just too short of the flavor profiles that separate okay Italian meals from unforgettable Italian meals. Their salad dressings and chicken soup are great, though and come with wonderfully made bread. Ask for extra garlic in your entree, add some salt and cheese and you will enjoy your meal.”

“Fun place to hang out if you like a ton of choices in beer or whiskey. 30 taps of beers and I have no idea how many choices of whiskey's they had, but it's more than I could sample in a year. Whiskey's from all over the world ranging from $6 a shot to well over $200 a shot. As much as I would love to sample the expensive stuff I still need to pay my bills, so unless someone wants to treat me, I won't be trying them. This place has an older crowd, meaning it's more of an adult hangout than a family place which is fine with me! The menu has some fun choices but I was not real hungry, I was there for the whiskey and not the food. But just to soak up some of the booze I placed an order for the warm bread and olive oil appetizer. Great choice! The bar has a quick turnaround for drink orders, but the food seems to take forever. It was easily over 20 minutes to get my simple appetizer. Great bartenders make a place fun, and the ones here are very friendly and knowledgeable about the beers and spirits they sell. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because of how long it took to get my food. If they fix that the next time I go I will upgrade it to 5 stars. Another great thing about this location is it's only 1.4 miles from the house. Walking distance rocks!!”

“FANTASTIC Restaurant!! We stumbled across the restaurant while on our way to an alternate establishment. By chance we noticed the artwork on the walls and were intrigued. The Manager (Chris Twilley) greeted us outside and described the delicious food and theme of the place. We decided to take a chance and it was great. The food, wait staff, and ambiance was WONDERFUL!! I highly recommend The Novelist. You gotta look for it, its tucked away...you won't be disappointed.”
