Quality Inn Glendale at Arrowhead Towne Center

I love this hotel the rooms are clean the breakfast is good and the staff is great. I do wish the renovations would hurry up and finish but the staff always makes sure if I need anything they take care of it. I def would stay again

Nice staff and a good breakfast each morning. We enjoyed the waffles and cereal selection. Coffee was good and the attendant was a nice lady that kept things clean and filled. The room was comfortable, although we did note that the security chain was missing from the door and the battery missing from the smoke detector. We let them know so hopefully it’ll be fixed.

3 1/2 . They ate very friendly, however, there aren't any smoking rooms. No convenient ave from the front desk to your room. So if you are in the back side it's a long walk to the front desk, I machine, and pool. You can drive and park in front of your room. But, who drives to go to the pool etc? Also, it was supposed to be a $50 deposit. The cost of my stay was about $150, they double charged my credit card. So it looks like they charged me two times for my stay. When I talk to the girl at the front desk about it I had to wait 3 days to get an answer from her and then took an additional 4 days for them to credit back my card the $150 for the deposit. It wasn't too much of a headache for me because I had to available balance on my card. But what if I needed that money for something else because I was traveling. otherwise it was it was decent place no refrigerator and no stove. It was basic and it seems clean.
