    Not the first time I have showed up just to be let down by this Einstein's location & their poor staff. First customer or last do not expect an open selection of their menu as they tend to be out of stock on half of their menu very often. One of the first customers in today & they still fail to amaze me as they were out of half the bagel selection, not even plane... never prepared so go at your own risk

    On 1/6/20 I went in around 2:45 and these amazing two were working there probably closing up since it was close to closing. Sometimes around these times you can’t get what you want but they went above and beyond making sure they fulfilled my order and packaged it amazing. weren’t annoyed with the fact we came in late. Thank you so much. Today’s the beginning of a hard couple days for me and both of your kindness made it better. Hope you two get promotions and raises and everything awesome ????
