Haus Murphy's of Glendale

Great convivial place to eat in old Town Glendale. Haus Murphy's is one of the rare places in the valley where you can enjoy cuisine of Central northern Europe. Please be advised that their portions are very large, so if you are not a big eater you can easily share an entree with a friend.

The please itself is well decorated. With many German accents. It feels cozy still with a fever garden feeling. The sausages are spiced well, and the most important factor in a sausage (imo) they do not crumble. The sausage maintain their texture and moisture. The schnitzel was very good and the sauerkraut well balanced in flavor. The prices are not low, but the food is worth it.

Fun place, live music Friday and Saturday. Accordian awesome. Big servings we got the platter for 2 took 1/2 home it's a lot. This is a place for meat eaters. Rich food but delicious. Nice environment inside and outside family style. Servers are nice, overall it's like a few hours in Germany in old Glendale not a mall!

This place is great. Server was friendly and attentive. All seven of us really enjoyed our delicious food. For two in our party it was their first time to have German cuisine. Highly recommend you try this place.

Not only great atmosphere, delicious food and huge beer selection, the staff is honest. We left a credit card and we're leaving the state the following day. They waited even though it was near closing so we could retrieve the card. Great people. Great restaurant. Great experience.
