Concerned about the way the restaurant is currently set up. It was safer setup the way it used to be for picking up food. There is no place to stand for waiting for a take out order. And the table we ended sitting at was dirty. I am sure staff is stressed but it would probably be better to go back the way it was.
Love their broccoli and cheese soup! You also get a piece of bread if you ask. Also you need to ask for butter.
I got their pick 2. Half soup and half sandwich. Their turkey and bacon and avocado sandwich is really good.
Cash is at the counter only and card is at the kiosks only.
Delivery and pick up is available.
They’ve discontinued the Chicken and Wild Rice Soup with no warning or explanation. This is not the fault of this particular location but it is poorly reflective of the entire organization. I say this because according to the website, it’s still on the menu on certain days of the week. I will say, to this location’s credit, they are doing a lot to protect their staff and customers’ health and well-being. I found the individual beverage packages amusing as I had not seen this at any other fast food location. My biggest disappointment is that the soda fountain at this location NEVER has the right mixture of any beverage. Normally this is just a mild annoyance but now with having to get a new cup package with every refill, it is just downright ridiculous. I went through this process 3 times today before giving up.
The food was eh..the bread was SUPER HARD, the salad my sibling had was bitter but the rest of the food was okay..
Overall review - 5/10
“I wouldn’t really wanna come here again for lunch, Cafe Zupa’s I prefer much, much more..”
During a busy day of running errands we stopped into this location of Panera Bread for lunch. There is dedicated parking in the 'pad' area of the strip mall where this restaurant is located, but it is cramped and tight. If possible, it would be better to park a bit further away and where there is more room. There is also five-minute parking designed only for those who are picking up preordered food.
