Haymaker

Upgraded my rating from last year. Back then my server forgot about me, both to take my order and to bring me cold food. Wasn't planning on another chance, but after traveling for 13 hours, a non-chain restaurant within walking distance of your hotel causes you to make exceptions. This time the server (Elisha) was good and attentive without being pushy or annoying. The food was reasonable and warm this time, and came out fast, not just mine, but also to the tables around me as well. Great improvement.

Staff super friendly! I ordered a well done hamburger. No pink in the middle. What I received was a burger that was brown on the outside and raw on the inside. The manager came out agreed it was not cooked correctly and had it made again. They brought it out and it was the same as the first time. They apologized but it took them 3 times to get the burger right. They did take it off the bill however and were friendly about the whole thing. The salad was great and the wings were good. I'm giving them another try just because the service was great.....won't order a well done hamburger. ????

We have eaten at Haymaker several times. The food has always been good. They make wonderful burgers. Their breakfast selection is also great. The service is always friendly.The place is almost always packed and the wait time often lengthy. Recently we were waiting for a table for a party of 8, which usually means a longer wait. The party occupying the table were lingering long after they finished their meal. The manager noted that we had been waiting a long time and opened up another section, seated us and served us himself. The food was delivered promptly and was delicious,as usual.

This morning was our first time to enjoy the Haymaker... I was very impressed as soon as I walked in the door and saw the Pledge of Allegiance in BIG BOLD words up on the wall. And the prayer on another wall. Few people are willing to even say anything about patriotism any more, but here it is everywhere and I love it!! The food was great and our server, Lily was fantastic... Thanks... We will be back often...

My girlfriend and I had lunch there. The environment is great, clean, quiet, cozy. Great staff as well. We ordered the fried zucchini which appeared to be made in house and was the best I've ever had, so we had high hopes for the rest of the food. I ordered the Arizona Burger and Onion Rings. The burger was great, but the onion rings were very tough and obviously not made the same as the fried zucchini I had earlier. That was disappointing and I suspect that they were frozen and re-fried as they lacked any flavor. She ordered the Fish and Chips, and much like my onion rings the breading on the fish was very tough and the fish had no flavor or seasoning. I didn't try her fries (chips) but she didn't like them.
