Black Angus Steakhouse

Stopped by for lunch it had been 15 years. The service, was excellent, nice friendly staff. Great menu. I ordered the lunch prime rib. It was paper thin, and very unremarkable. I had hoped it would have some flavor, especially, for such a small cut. The sides were fine. Maybe, an off day.

Parents took me for lunch. It was Sunday afternoon so no lunch menu or specials. We ordered two of their bacon, avocado chicken sandwiches and a salad. Food was delicious and service was friendly, prompt and attentive. Prices would keep this from being a regular let's just grab lunch on a Sunday spot but I guess that's to be expected from a steak house.

Great experience last night. Our server named Faith did a great job and we had a good conversation with the manager named Alice. (Forgive me if I got your name wrong.) Overall, well-timed service, the food was cooked just right and professional demeanor without having "attitude" made this visit work out well. We had been here about a month ago and did not have the same quality, so we were glad to see that was a "one off" from what is normally solid nights at this location.

I came to Black Angus craving Blood rare Prime Rib only to be told that it was only available rare. Not exactly what I wanted but it was still tasty enough. My wife enjoyed her Lobster tails. Service was too slow as our server appeared to be shouldering a larger areas of tables. Faster service and some juicy blood rare prime rib would have probably earned that last star.
