I go here for iced coffee. Depending on who makes it coffee can be weak, good, or too sweet... food tends to be consistent however

It's good prices n I love the breakfast n salads n McCafe drinks are bomb n cheaper than high end coffee shops for the exact same drink if u haven't tried them n u like coffee u def should

The most entertaining part about this place is how no one seems to acknowledge the drug deals going on inside. Every single day, multiple times a day, the same guy comes in blaring Tupac over his speaker and handing out little baggies to his homeless looking customers. And no one bats an eye.

This particular McDonalds (Gilbert/University in Mesa) was exceptionally delicious. Burger was perfectly cooked, hot and just what I was hoping for. Fries were fresh out of the dryer and actually too hot for a few minutes. Didn't go into store, but it looks nice and fairly newly designed.

Cashiers always respond quickly, and make the best impressions. I just didn't like how everything is on one manager and I could tell from a customer perspective. That needs changed, at least have 2 managers or shift leaders. That would help with headaches and make it a better experience.
