Always have to get DD to get a start or end my day. They are the best ! Over the years of going, service has always been great n staff very pleasant n helpful. Can't go wrong with DD. Thank you

Food is good. Coffee is good. Have had quite a few issues with order correctness. Gone back many times. (Actually currently back in the drive thru to get my correct order) Trish has been great and resolved the issues fast and efficiently. But the personal conversations need to stop while a customer is sitting there waiting for their food. There’s a lot of yelling, joking, arguing and it’s very unprofessional and inappropriate. I have worked in hospitality for 8 years and this should be addressed and employees need to be trained better on how to act in front of paying guests.

But please acknowledge Trish on her attentiveness and the way she owns and resolves the issues that arise

Usually rapid, friendly service. Note to staff - own your mistakes, it's ok, it happens. Mistake in my order was blamed on the young lady at the counter, while my receipt showed she entered the proper order. I don't care either way, as long as I get the right order, but the attitude of blame was off-putting. Keep this in mind - you may work for hours, but the majority of your customers are only there for the duration of getting their order, and that is when you make an impression.

They are always friendly and fast. The drinks are so good and inexpensive, if you are stopping in the morning sometimes there's a line. Usually I don't wait long though :)
