Last night, I attended an event here where Natalie, the owner, took time to share her story and why she took a leap of faith and started her own business.

It was such a powerful story that resonated so deeply with me, my values, and my passions, which makes me even more thrilled to support her small business. Options in our area are limited when it comes to finding good quality, nutritious food to feed ourselves and/or our families.

Natalie goes above and beyond just good quality and nutritious. Her food is DELICIOUS, too!

In addition to her dine-in options, she has an entire grab-n-go section for those days we just can’t even think about what’s for dinner, as well as an entire meal plan and delivery service!

Natalie's Fresh prep puts nothing but love into every serving of food provided, you can tell Natalie loves what she does. Everything is always fresh, and the rotating menu always keeps you coming back to see what else she's going to whip up. Highly recommended, even for those single folks who are tired of having to shop every day so the food doesn't spoil! :)

Holy heck, I’m in love with Natalie & her brand! Every ingredient I can trust & everything I’ve tried so far is amazing! If you have a sweet tooth, her protein brownie is perfectly satisfying! I cannot wait to try every item all knowing I’m eating healthy organic food that make me feel great! Get there!

Have the most delicious Quinoa Salmon Salad Bowl at Natalie's Fresh Prep. So flavorful and all organic. I loved it.‼️🔥

I will be coming back soon as Natalie serves breakfast also. The acai smoothie bowls look out of this world delicious.

This is a fantastic fresh prep restaurant which makes a very healthy breakfast lunch or dinner easy peasy. Just pick up the food on the way home from work and you are all set the next. 5 stars. Highly recommend!!!

Love this little place! My salad was one of the freshest I have had in a long time! I love the fact she weighs out the portions, I always waste so much food when I order out. But these are perfectly portioned and fresh!!
