Sasquatcho Taco Food Truck

Our new favorite food truck! Food is beyond delicious, and it also has a great roadside setup. Several spaced out tables with shade cloth, trees and plants make it nice sitting outside and fun sasquatch theme. We ordered chicken tacos, a green Chile & beef quesadilla, regular quesadilla and steak fries. Salsa was also very good. Our family will definitely be back!

So happy the weather has cooled down and Sasquatcho Taco is open. The chicken tacos are simply amazing. We can never decide between tacos and burritos so we get some of each and split. The red chili....YES please! Try it once and you will be back weekly...just like us.

I love ❤️ the homemade authentic tacos burritos nachos quesadillas they offer! I have dined in but love the to go option! Their service is fantastic and the atmosphere outdoors in a family picnic style is very enjoyable as it cools down! My husband and I love it!

I have eaten food from food trucks plenty of times over the years. Of course I’m never expecting a five-star experience when I am eating from a food truck. That being said, I really liked this food truck. Even more so I love that they are right across the street from my work. I’ll be coming back here more often. The service was great, the food was delicious. I wish they had spicier salsa but that’s just me that’s my preference. And the atmosphere is OK. I just took my food back to my office. One of the benefits of eating from a food truck overall I like what they got going on here and I’m looking forward to coming back more often.

Not a fan of the limited hours. But I get it. In an ideal world I would be able to sneak off for tacos anytime I have a break from work. For now, I’ll just stick with the lunch hour they provide.

The Green and Red Chili Burro are the best. Seriously the BEST. My husband and I get their burros, carne asada and pollo asado fries, and tacos every week. All so delicious. C’mon Wednesday!
