The Habit Burger Grill

This is one of the greatest locations in the neighborhood, and I recently relocated here. I'm happy that Habit exists on this side of town because I used to visit the Ahwatukee location many times. When I enter, Ana seems to be there all the time hard at work. Ana deserves of a lot of recognition for her outstanding service. She showed efficiency, politeness, and a sincere desire to help customers during my most recent visit. An efficient and speedy service experience was made possible by Ana's swift order processing. Her upbeat outlook and kind disposition really caught my attention, as they fostered a friendly environment for both me and the customers. Throughout the process, her professionalism and attention to detail were clearly demonstrated. The entire experience was made much better by Ana's commitment to offering top-notch customer service. She is a huge asset to your company and team! Thank you Habit Burger Grill and Ana!!!

Went for lunch because we saw the 2 for $20 deal they have right now. The restaurant was clean and modern, with colorful decor. We really liked the paintings! When you walk in, you are immediately in front of 3 self-service kiosks, making it feel like you have no choice but to use them. I personally prefer to interact with human beings, but I did use the kiosk this time. It is possible to order at the counter, but they don't make that very obvious, but you can't pay with cash at the kiosk, so it is an option. We were there for a late lunch, and our order was ready quickly. At the kiosk, I had asked to sub a wheat bun for the regular bun, but it came out with the regular bun. Everything else was correct. The protion sizes were great. The burger was juicy, and the potato-y fries complemented it well. If you just want a good burger, this place is a good choice!

Been here a few times, easy to get to from the highway. Every time the staff was friendly and the food was good. Drive-through isn’t super fast, but I think the quality is better than most drive-through burgers. Just don’t expect lightning speed. I don’t think their god sits under heat lamps. Food has always seemed freshly cooked.

Dining area is usually clean, fountains sodas are basic selections that are occasionally out of syrup. Not always though. Would highly recommend this place for solo dinners, or groups looking for a happy medium of speed and quality.
