“This Arby's was great. It has on of the most diverse and largest dinning room that I ever seen in in a fast food restaurant. The employees were very friendly, and helpful. The tea happened to run out when I was getting a refill. I let the young lady who took our order, and she right away brought me the tea they had behind the counter. She engaged in a conversation with me like she knew me. The order was correct and very tasty. This was the best experience in fast food that I have ever had. I'll be going back next time I'm in the area.”

“We have been to this place twice. Once for a vegan group luncheon, and we loved it so much that we came back for the breakfast. There were plenty of options which is such a delight when looking for non-SAD breakfasts. They also have vegan pastries which unfortunately, on both times we've gone, all were made with refined sugar. Their FB page said we could ask for one made with whole foods, but when we did at the cafe, they said they only make them with refined sugars. Even the date bar had added refined sugar in it. We would probably visit this place more often, but its a 40 min drive for us to get there. I'd love to go in the evening some time when they have a local band playing, but I bet it gets a bit crowded. They also have board games, books on plant based diets and organic wine/beer. The menu states they look for local sources for their ingredients- which is fantastic!”

“OMG! The Chicago Deep Dish is amazing; flavor, toppings, cheese, and crust all on point. This is one to make a special order for and give it enough time to really bake, makes it totally worthwhile. We had sausage, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms, but we didn't give it the extra love it needed by asking for the pie to be "well done" so our first chance to experience this was less than stellar. After a conversation with Mike (one of the top dudes) we found ways to tweak both sides of the ordering process and the result is mouthwatering. Mike really went out of his way ON A FRIDAY to make sure we were completely satisfied with our Chicago Deep Dish pie and I am truly grateful. We don't treat ourselves often, so an outstanding experience is a big deal to us. Even the baby was happily munching on crispy crust :) If you order a Chicago Deep Dish, a few points to keep in mind - do yourself a favor and ask for the advise of the staff, (too many toppings can break the balance here and leave you less than satisfied), give it time to bake and plan ahead (good things come to those who wait), and for goodness sake get a tried and true brew to go with, (now is not the time for experimentation)!”

Try to tell him 23.00 was not right when one of the subs were free. He insisted he was correct! So a the end of our meal we went and revisited him only to find out we were correct instead of 23.00 it cost us 12.00. Double check what you are being charged even if they insist they are right.”

“I love beans, and salsa. That's the first thing you get at the same time you get seated you are delivered the best beans and salsa. You can even order this extra hot hot sauce, and it is delicious. It was a little busy, although we were seated within 10 minutes and I had kids with me as well, so any longer and I would of had to leave. “Went to Geno' s for a quick slice of pizza for my husband gluten-free crust for me. We went late in the evening and discovered single slices only for lunch. My husband got a sub sandwich instead, said it was ok. A little too toasted. The only option for gluten-free was a 10 inch pizza. I ordered it, they said they would take precautions. “Food was typical of the Subway brand. Customer service was subpar. We ordered apple slices for our kids' meals and we were not given them. We had checked the meals before we left. Had we not, we wouldn't have gotten any sides at all. The staff only informed us they were out after we checked and asked for them. They would have just let us walk out without giving us the full meal we payed for. Every time we have been to this location it feels like the customers are viewed as an inconvenience. I don't think I will be coming back to this Subway location.”
