Great food, they got a good team there

It's been a while since I got some KFC but a feather in my food haha woooow even though the chickens good folks be careful

My food was great! I came around 12:30 Sunday and it wasn't too busy but the employees were definitely moving everything thing along quickly. Michelle was my server today and she did great explaining all the options and all my questions, I'll be coming again soon!

I haven't been here in months. I stopped coming here because the service was always terrible. Since it's been so long, I figured maybe there would be different people working here and maybe it would be a little better, so I gave them another try. Unfortunately, not much has changed. The worker took my order at the drive up station and repeated it back, but when I got to the window to pay, I asked her to confirm my order and it was wrong. The reason I rated a 3 is because the worker was very nice and had a great personality. She also told us to keep the sandwich that was wrong and she made the correct one and we were on our way. We got home and realized that we didn't get our drink! Yes, we should have caught that before we drove away, but the worker also should have caught it. Anyway, I went back and they apologized and upside the drink from a medium to a large, to compensate for the inconvenience. So, sadly, I probably won't be returning here, the only thing that's changed here is they actually have a worker with a great personality and really a people person, but they still can't get things right. I go to fast food places because it's fast and convenient. If you are looking for fast and convenient, this is not your place.
