It was the very end of a very busy day for the young people working the night that we visited this location. It was their Day of Giving for the Phoenix Children's Hospital and they were just about sold out. They could have been mad that we came in so late but they treated us like we were their first of the day. Great energy and personalities. Tip of the cap to this franchise for their training and their dedication to good causes

So far best jersey mikes in Phoenix! The food and the attention they pay to detail and there customers are amazing! I will drive across town to here from now on! We also hope Justice is working! Im 44 years old and that is one of the best customer service encounter i have had ever! This guy honestly should be an example to others in this business! Dont get me wrong your other guys were great to! For real hands down best JM !

The staff was super slow i mean super slow, but i must say that is the best made, sliced, and sprinkled ive had in years. I would also recommend waiting to ring up a customer until everything is made and ready to take out. I was prompted for a tip before my subs were even sliced. Had i been prompted after everything was made id have left a tip.

My first taste of Jersey Mikes was years ago when the 3rd St. and Bell location opened up near where I worked at the time. The freshness and quality was a welcome change from the usual sub shops. Now that the Indian School location has opened up, I have one close to where I live. The same freshness, quality, and friendly staff as my first experience can be found there as well.

I grew up on these subs and I still remember going to the original Mikes in Pt. Pleasant. He used to drench the bread with oil & vinegar & his spices and it was even better the next day when you ate the other half. They are pretty faithful to the original, down to the glass-front counter with the cold cuts. Brings back many fond memories. Only thing is you've got to school these guys now on how to make it Mikes way, not the corporate way.
