El Pollo Loco

I love their food but I don't feel that their prices are justified unless you have a coupon. I tried the double nachos which of course had minimal chicken. For the almost $10 that you pay, I would expect food to be covering 90%of the chips and that was not the case.

Great tasty food but prices are pretty high compared to other fast food joints. The Pollo bowls are real good and better than McDonald's or Jack in the Box but again you'll be paying more.

The evening staff are so kind and professional towards me. And the food is very delicious. And they just started adding chicken tamales recently. Daytime manager heavy set woman. Wouldn't allow my husband and I to use the bathroom. Until we order and pay for something, before she would unlock the bathroom. My husband and I had decided to get 2 sodas, then choose what to eat. The mean heavy set woman. Says yes you have to get a combo to use the bathroom. Of Course we were upset. Not only did she behave in a rude manner. She hurt my feels. We are homeless. We sleep outside. It had rained early this morning. And all of our belongings blankets and clothes were wet. So we had all our laundry with us. We Clean up and dress decently. No reason for her to act this way. I asked an other employee if she treats everyone like this and he said yes. I told him she hurt my feelings. He said I'm sorry.

Enjoyed a nice dinner with my family. The double chicken avocado plate was a great choice and low on calories, too!. My kids really like the chicken with pinto beans and tortillas. The dining area is very comfortable and looks like it has been remodeled (?) The staff was very friendly even though I took longer to order than most. Overall, good food good time. Thanks!
