The Vig Uptown

No more $10 city at lunch, ordered a full pricey sandwich but it was hard as a rock. The server was great, offering a substitute wrap which we got and even gave a small discount. Probably won't come back due to food quality.

I was really excited to eat here, and went in on my birthday with a group of 6 and got seated pretty much immediately. This was awesome, considering it was a busy night. The atmosphere is really hip and clean, with interesting portraits on the ceiling and a nice back patio area.

The only reason I'm giving The Vig 3 stars is because the food was honestly lackluster. Nobody at my table enjoyed their meals. Some of it was luke warm, under seasoned, or just not very good in general.

I may give it another go and sit on their patio next time, but my expectations aren't that high.

Fancy eatery with delicious food, even though it is a bit pricey. A great place to take a business meeting! Just be aware of the limited parking and about 100 yard walk from the extended parking lot.

Love this place for brunch! You can’t beat the $15 bottles of sparkling wine. Their patio is excellent. It has become one of our go to places.

Delicious food, but a night of terrible service as they appeared to be significantly under staffed. It took 20 minutes to get asked for our drink order. We ordered drinks and food at the same time as service did appear slow. We waited 25 minutes and still no drinks (or food). When we went to bar to talk to a manager one server told us our drinks were sitting there in the bar waiting for someone to deliver them. Food came out before the drinks made it to our table. A very nice manager came to speak to us and did not charge us for our drinks. We got talking to a young couple sitting close to us who said they had been there for an hour with no one taking their food order. They did get drink order, but then waitress disappeared and never came back. They left to eat elsewhere. Again, food was great but don't go unless you have time to spare and aren't afraid of searching for your waitress or a manager.
