Burger Theory Phoenix

I enjoyed my burger and the atmosphere. The restaurant is very new and clean. The staff is friendly as well. My food was ready relatively quickly. It wasn't very busy on a weekday shortly before 12. However, the food is relatively pricey.

Portions are generous. Mason was a friendly and attentive server. The food was just eh. Beef and veggie burgers were nothing special, nacho fries were pretty good, side of kids veggies was tasty. Patio was very nice to sit out on and eat lunch as a family. Do not plan on going back.

The service was good and friendly. As far as the food, I honestly wasn't all that impressed. When I go to a specialty burger restaurant I expect the burger patties themselves to be really tasty. This tasted like ground beef I bought from the the grocery store and just Brown in a frying pan without any seasoning. Pretty disappointing after reading on the menu about how special their meat is supposed to be. Not to mention the $20 price attached to my fully loaded burger. I only ate about a quarter of my burger after eating my salad and nacho fries appetizer, and I actually considered leaving the rest of my burger behind. On the upside, my side salad was really good! Just a little sad that it was the highlight of my meal. Wasn't the worst meal I've had but I don't think I'll be going back.

Delicious! Burgers are huge and great flavored. Fries are season so good. It was my first time here and will definitely be coming back, service was great also!

Michael is an amazing server, he displays a positive attitude and a warm inviting smile for our group that comes in at 5:30am. Michelle is the same both are so nice, professional and serve with such grace and humility. Great service in every kind of way. They are both such an asset. Just want to say thank you to both for the amazing service they provide to others that they may not even realize are watching and taking notice. You never know what a smile and a positive attitude can do for others so thank you????
