The best established local watering hole in Phoenix. Four pool tables, food and brews, a full top shelf to add some pizzazz to the brews. Sister is the best bartender. Everyone friendly, smiling introductions....a local neighborhood cozy place that tourists wished they knew about.

Shell/Sister makes an amazing burger. If you’re near the airport you need to try this place. Great service, A+ burger. Make sure Shell serves it.

I felt a little dubious going into Break room initially as it's kind of loud. However I settled into it pretty quickly. There's not much in the way of vegetarian food, though they do offer fries and mozarella sticks (not on the menu.) Well drinks are available for $6 until 8pm for Shitfaced Saturdays, so the alcohol prices are reasonable. Pool is only 50 cents a game, and there's a friendly atmosphere in which people challenge each other to games. I'm not likely to become a regular, but I do think I'll return in future.

My sister and I tried this place Thursday night. On recommendation.
We had a great time.
Met some of the regulars who made us feel welcome.
Bar tender was great took good care of us.
Food was good we tried the onion rings they were delicious.
Cozy, comfortable, no stress, no drama.

We definitely plan to go back again soon.
