Glad we stopped in to this place! I've been eying it since it opened but hadn't had a chance to get in. Very tasty seafood that tastes fresh and is lightly breaded. The breading is very crunchy and well seasoned. My plate came with fries and hush puppies that were also perfectly crispy and enjoyable. I'm gladly going back to this restaurant!
We had a craving for seafood and decided to try this local restaurant. The menu has tons of choices, and we selected the trout plate along with salad and rice. The meal was delicious and fresh! The trout was tender and flavorful, and the salad was fabulous. The place is cute and very casual. You order at the counter and use disposable utensils. They are in the process of getting their liquor license, so no adult beverages at the moment. We are looking forward to trying their oysters and other types of fish. Give it a try if you love seafood!!
Wow! What a great find! The nicest family owned restaurant with a tremendous selection of seafood and sides that more than satisfy. Yolanda makes ordering and weighing the options a fun experience and James makes eating the dinner a pure pleasure! And try the chips for a side- unbeatable!
We will be going back on the regular for sure!

I went with my family tonight and this place is a gem. The atmosphere says seafood shack. The Rubik's cubes and Connect 4 games were a great way to pass the time while our food was being prepared to order.
And the food, oh my goodness! It's been a while since I've had seafood this good. The fish was fresh, not over-seasoned, and the variety was plentiful. I ordered blackened shark steak, which was delicious. I let my son try it and he liked it too. We actually traded fish halfway through and I finished his fried catfish, which was LIGHTLY breaded and juicy. They treat the fish with respect and don't try to hide the flavor of the meat with breading or too much seasoning. They prepare fish the way it's meant to be eaten.
And the service was exceptional. The owner behind the counter was the friendliest woman you'll ever meet. It was a pleasure to support she and her husband's business. We will definitely be back!
Fantastic local business!!! Incredibly kind and welcoming owners, who take the time to thoroughly explain the menu and ordering process. Honestly the nicest and most genuine service I’ve had at any restaurant anywhere. Restaurant is bit on the smaller side, but there’s still plenty of seating and the decor is all nautically themed. Despite all this, the food is still the main draw. We originally were going to order the seafood soup, made fresh daily, but unfortunately there had been none prepared that day. Instead, we each got a plate, one with two crab cakes and one with fried walleye. We each got sides of freshly fried chips and hush puppies cooked to order. The crab cakes were full of meat and delicious, even with the blue crab they’re famous for being out of season. The walleye, the first of which I’ve found served in Ahwatukee, was lightly fried and perfectly cooked which let the delicious flavor of the fish shine through. Easily some of the best food I’ve had not just locally, but anywhere in Phoenix. I even came back the following day to try the seafood soup which was just as good and completely full of shellfish. I cannot recommend this place enough and I wish only the best for them in the future.
