El Charro Hipster bar and cafe

This cafe is made for those who appreciate the good things in life. This Mom and Pop shop makes sure that every customer feels inspired AND at home. They are not only down to earth, but also knowledgeable about all of the drinks that they serve. The coffee is crafted with attention, the food is delicious, the music is excellent, everything is sustainable and green (even the straws!!), and the frequent events make this local cafe a focal point of the community. Francisco, Azul and Gigi will make you feel welcome, appreciated, and a part of a community.

This place is legit! You should do yourself a favor and get some authentic Spanish food. Across the pond Spanish, real Italian and Spaniard blend of food. The drinks are just as amazing. The mezcal and the beers here are no joke. The staff is all family so the love flows in abundance. Pull up you won’t be disappointed.

Coffee with flavor and no fuss! I come here for a good cup of coffee, a great atmosphere and good company. A very open ownership that enjoys the company of artists and entrepreneurs who spend their day here. Drinks and food are excellent.

If you’re in the mood for a little “mezcalita,” there’s no better establishment than El Charro Hipster. Art-filled, cozy, inviting. It’s a truly unique and pleasant space. Francisco and his family go out of their way to ensure they’re serving excellent food and beverage. He has an assortment of rare beers, a full coffee bar, and a diverse menu of food and snacks. El Charro is a must see for anyone in the downtown area.

Awesome little place! The staff is very friendly and the drinks are amazing! Not only do they have coffee and bites to eat but they also have a great selection of drinks! I would add this to your "must go" list of places if you are in the Phoenix metro valley. You won't be disappointed!
