What a wonderful experience! The drinks were fantastic, the food delicious, and the service perfect. I enjoyed my night at Flint. My mom and I shared several appetizers as well as an entree and enjoyed each one. The oysters were cold and fresh. The grilled octopus was a bit spicy but so tender. I tried bone marrow for the first time, and while it wasn't my favorite, I thoroughly enjoyed this savory food on the perfect toast points. The Branzino was so flavorful and melted in your mouth. I finished with cheesecake that was so fluffy yet so creamy. I highly recommend an evening at Flint!

Newer restaurant, maybe they are still working out some of the flavors, cooking procedures. Would like to try it again in the future to see if it improved.

The service was great, and the drinks were also. Beautiful remodel from what was there before. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

However some of the food we ordered (shared plates), we did not care for too much. We started with some oysters which were good.

The cauliflower and Moroccan fried chicken were out favorite dishes.

The octopus was overcooked and rubbery. The lamb was also a little over cooked and not very big portions. I only had a little of each of these and didn’t finish them due to this.

Hopefully they work out the kinks and will be better food next time.

Great restaurant. The owners have done so much with this place. It looks way different from Del Frisco or Houston's. Great views. But the bar area is the best! You can watch you fav sports team play. Food is delicious. Staff are attentive and well educated on the menu and beverages.

When you arrive, you are greeted by valet parking and a beautiful stone-clad entrance. You enter into a beautiful space with a modern, elegant vibe. The service is exceptional, and the food is imaginative, yet draws from classic middle-eastern flavors. Flint is a wonderful welcome addition to the Phoenix food scene. You'll love it. We know we did.

Amazing dining experience. From walking in and being greeted by the wonderful staff to the exquisite food that tastes as good as it looks. Presentation was exceptional all night. We really enjoyed our date night tonight at Flint By Baltaire. You can also catch the game on the two giant TV’s they have in the bar area. Highly recommend this great establishment. We’ll be back many times.
