Hatch It: Green Chile Burgers & Tacos

Out of this world! Best tacos ever, and everything else was good too. Super fresh, and unbelievably tasty. Will happily support this local business.

I really resisted trying this place, and I regret that resistance. I missed out on months of the best bean and cheese burritos I've ever had. Part of my resistance has been having friends and family from New Mexico who insist there isn't a way to re-create New Mexican cuisine outside the state boundary. Well, Hatch-It has proven them wrong. Try the Chicken Fajita Burrito, or just the plain bean and cheese. I haven't tried the burger yet-maybe I am not an "adventurous" enough eater for that, but I have heard amazing things about it. The tacos were perfect for Taco Tuesday too!

Great food and service. Couple minor things keep it from being a 5. 1) the Chile isn't a go out of my way, mind blow good. It is good. 2) the combinations sound like they can be as good in burrito form, but instead it is an extra charge. Maybe there is a good reason for that, but I can't help but wonder.

Nice to go to a restaurant that is dedicated to Hatch chili from Hatch, NM. The food was great. Loved the vibe. Felt homie. The music was awesome. Nice to talk to the owner. Looking forward to our next visit. ☺️

No frills, mom and pop burger/tacos stop. Friendly service and food that does more than just hit the spot. Ordered the green chile burger and it was delicious! The burger is packed with flavor and you see it made right in front of you. Definitely a restaurant to watch as the family expands their business to the market next door as well. Great addition to the neighborhood!
