Great service, nice ambience, incredible food. So happy we gave it a shot. We almost walked out when we opened the menu because it did seem overpriced for what we thought the portions would be, BUT it is an upscale family style restaurant. The menu pictures don’t do the portions justice, they are much larger than depicted. The meals are meant to be shared. Each dish portion is meant to be shared between 2-3 people.
    Highly highly recommend.

I sat at the patio which I think got a nice view, only downside is that there is a tree right above and the leaf falls into the dish. The food here is really good, I liked the taste and the texture. I just think the price is a bit high here. Several table left after seeing the menu. During the visit, one water spilled water when moving glass, and left without providing towel or paper to wipe the water dry from bags and clothes.

We decided to try out the new restaurant at Desert Ridge. Upon arrival, we were greeted and sat right on time for our 6:30PM reservation.

Our sever was very friendly and went over the menu with us. We all ordered cocktails which were delicious! The drinks came fairly quickly. We ordered the wok fried dumplings as our appetizer and they were delicious and did not disappoint.

The portions are big and meant to be shared. For dinner we ordered the vegetable stir fry, classic fried shrimp, and sweet and sour beef. Everything was good. There was 4 of us and we felt like it was the perfect amount.

Overall, the food and drinks were good but the food did take a long time. The kitchen was backed up for both our appetizer and the main dishes. The manger came to apologize, which we appreciated. It was nice to try for sure but think I give it a while before coming back. I know being a new restaurant, this stuff does happen.

I am so excited that they are now open.
Finally we have an upscale restaurant that is not your average every day American style food.
From the moment that you walk in you know that you are about to have an incredible culinary dining experience.
You are greeted warmly when you enter and the staff is attentive and friendly. Amazing service.
The food is incredible and did not disappoint. The flavors and presentation exceed expectations. Bok Choy appetizer, lobster fried rice and amazing ribs.

I will be back again and again!!

When you first enter, you will be wowed by the amazing decor. We started with the fried dumplings and seaweed cucumber salad. Both were excellent! It’s definitely more cucumber than seaweed. The sauce on both was extremely addictive.

For entrees we got the Wagyu belly noodles and chili garlic fried chicken. The portions are huge. The noodles were very savory and well balanced. The green onion brought it all together. The fried chicken had an amazing crunchy texture, a delicious sauce, and the right amount of spice that just hit the tip of your tongue. We got a side of rice which was perfectly cooked.

The cocktail we ordered was strong.

Ended with a banana lumpia dessert which was delectable.

Definitely will be back, expect it to be on the pricey side, which given the ambiance and quality of the food, makes sense.

The service was very good, she answered all our questions and made the experience feel inviting, as well as making good recommendations.

    Try it out!
