Authentic ramen. The flavors from the thick slice of pork in my ramen was so on point. Noodles have the perfect firmness and texture. Every bite was delicious!

Nothing special here. The portion sizes were tiny for the price. We got the edamame & Sapporo (can) happy hour combo and I could count on one hand how many edamame we got (photo here after we ate them all in 30 seconds). Plus, half were still frozen. I could hear the microwave in the kitchen the whole time I was eating, which made me question the cooking methods actually being used back there to prepare my food. For my main, I got the spicy miso chicken ramen - again, a very small bowl with one chicken thigh (?). The broth was spicy and not really flavorful otherwise. Given the high reviews I anticipated something that would blow my mind. For 40 bucks, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Had the tonkatsu ramen and karaage. I added an egg, extra pork, and spicy sauce to the ramen. Everything was delicious. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the egg. The karaage was probably some of the best I’ve had, super crispy, juicy, and the sweet sauce it had was amazing. Will definitely come back often!

Barely saw this ramen place had recently opened and decided to try it out. Needless to say, the Spicy Miso Ramen at Kaisen is delicious. It’s a bit pricey at $15 a bowl + addons which I included (2 slices of sliced pork and egg for an additional $6). I also ordered a can of soda for $2. Everything in total was about $25. I’ll be coming back here as I noticed they served bento boxes also. Parking lot is also extremely small, plan to park a bit away more than likely.

Ordered ramen, gyoza, bento, mochi and sake. Everything was delicious, prepared with authentic ingredients, care and authentic flavor.
Service was great! A must go if you're into ramen and Japanese food.
