    Hi folks. Just received a surprise order of a dozen ready-to-bake cookies! What a terrific end to a lovely holiday! Thanks for the detailed instructions. I'm an experienced baker and should have known better, but I put all 12 cookies on a standard sized cookie sheet, which was MUCH too small. I would suggest that you mention on your "how-to" sheet that they are gigantic cookies and need a little more space than standard-sized cookies. Six per sheet would be exactly right. I adore Potbelly, and I'm going to eat every last one of these cookies, even though I sort of messed up the baking process.

    Under $6.00? Hell yes. Fast & fresh.
    Toasted Turkey Club was my choice. Only takes about 2 minutes to roll through the line. Toast it & add your toppings.

    Good lunch choice. They have soups and salads also.
