(November 14, 2021, 4:02 pm)This crusty man was being so rude to one of the baristas, but she kept her cool and was compliant and giving the best customer service. He’s the reason that people don’t want to work in the service industry. If he didn’t like what she was doing then he should go make his own coffee. Anyways, I’m proud of her for not losing her cool. I think her name was Ashley?
Plus, the peppermint mocha is SOOO good! I’m so happy it’s back! 🤩
