One of the few stores in Phoenix that is safe enough that they don't have to lock the restrooms or put red sharp object disposable boxes for hypodermic needles in the restrooms. They also don't wait until sunrise to open the lobby and close at sunset due to crime.

It’s important to have fun at work, but it is not a teamwork environment to have one person make all the drinks while you stand there and talk loudly and do nothing else. Tess, you’re amazing. The other two girls… not cool for you to leave her trying to juggle everything while you do nothing.

(September 13, 2021, 3:05 am)I love this starbucks in particular. I mean all the starbucks staff are friendly but this location has the best
staff over the past 2-3 years I have been in! they are always friendly, kind, accommodating, and greet you with the biggest smile. I wish the parkinglot was a little bigger but most of the time I visit, I don’t have an issue finding a spot nearby. Definitely my all time favorite starbucks! I always walk out of the store with a smile!! Thank you for being kind, and attentive to all the staff.
