Wildflower Bread Company

I walked in and was warmly greeted by several of the staff. At the counter, Mary, asked me if I had been in before. When I responded “no”, she took me on a brief tour of the menu and told me some of her favorites. She also explained when they shift from breakfast menu, etc. She was so sweet. I’m so glad this place is in my neighborhood. I’m only sorry I hadn’t made it in sooner. By the way... posted a picture of my Honey-cured Ham & Swiss on Focaccia and bowl of Potato Cream Cheese soup. It was delightful.

We made our first visit to this restaurant last night because my daughter said she "was tired of the same old thing". She wanted a good salad or something healthier to eat. Wildflower Bread Company came up in our Google search and the menu seemed to offer something that all of us were interested in trying.
When we arrived my initial reaction was that this was a much smaller place than I had envisioned. That reaction was premature. The restaurant is very deep in length compared to the width of it's frontage and it has an outside seating courtyard area adjacent to it's main seating area. It is well lit (one of my pet peeves is a lack of adequate lighting) and has a very comfortable ambiance. The staff were extremely friendly, informative and attentive. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. The whole counter area is awash in their baked goods and dessert offerings. They have these wonderful loaves of rustic looking breads and amazing baked goods for dessert all made on premises. Besides their dinner menu, they offer a huge list of gourmet sandwiches and a breakfast menu that looked incredible.
I ordered the Three Cheese Ravioli with the side Meat Balls, my wife had the Salmon Alfredo, and my daughter had the Butternut Squash Ravioli. All of us thought the food was fantastic.
We were so taken with place that we decided to try their breakfast fare this morning. Once again we were not disappointed. Everything was delicious and the service by Alan, Mary and the other staff members was exceptional.

Love this location! Wildflower is always incredible and relaxed, but the staff here is truly dedicated to providing a kind atmosphere and delicious food. Mary was helpful in looking up a recipe for one of their soups (as the person I was getting it for has an allergy) and offered her personal opinion on another soup, which convinced me to try it instead of my usual potato cream cheese, and the new one was awesome! I appreciate the staff and their wonderful energy. The layout is unique and the patio is dog friendly too :)

(((WOW))) Couldn't believe what I was looking at when I arrived. Wonderful place to enjoy eating, relaxing, or just having coffee with a friend. The Asian chicken salad was delicious. I've been to other locations however this one has excellent service and quality food. I'll be looking forward to coming back soon.

If this is your first time here remember that there is parking in the back if you don't see a spot in the front along 7th street.
