OG'z The Original Empanada Shop

As soon as you walk in the door you are welcomed with friendly greetings and then you get to take in the awesome atmosphere, it feels fun and happy inside. Be warned though the food here is delicious. You will get addicted after the first bite.

Happen to pass by this place the other day and decided to try it out today for lunch! Best place for food, hanging out and having drinks! Cute little place with a full bar! Empenadas were great! Outstanding customer service with a smile! Try this place out and come support the local community!

If you're looking for a large assortment of food and dessert empenadas, you have to give OG's a try. They have everything from the typical beef, chicken, and pork varieties to alternative BBQ and Chili filled empenadas. We absolutely loved the dessert varieties. Please note that they have other Mexican food options on their menu beside empenadas. The wait staff was friendly and took their time to explain the varieties and ingredients.

Great service and food is delicious! Definitely one of the top Mexican food spots in Queen Creek. The green chili is amazing, fry bread is perfected and every empanada we have tried has been so good. We have ordered out and dined in. Great experience each time. Will continue to be a regular.

We had the pleasure of trying out the new OG’Z Empanadas in downtown Queen Creek! We were not disappointed! Everyone that worked there had a smile on their face and greeted us when we walked in. The sweet gal that took our order was very helpful with our questions regarding the menu items. She was patient with us while we looked over the menu and while offering. The food was hot and fresh! We ordered the taquitos, pork green chili empanada, green chili mac n cheese BBQ, loaded baked potato, Elvis and the cherry cheesecake empanadas. They were all so tasty and filling! I will definitely be back for more! Great job!
