A top notch sushi place. Small so reservations are advised, especially for more than 4 people. Excellent food. From sushi to other dishes, this place is the best. Service can be slow at times, but it's not a fast food place! Well worth the wait

Hidden sushi gem in Scottsdale. Small restaurant resembles what you would find in Japan. Fresh sushi with some of the best cuts I’ve had around town. Owners are wonderful and welcoming. No frills, just good authentic fish/rolls/service.

Hiro Sushi is the BOMB! First most of the people working are Japanese, and many times the clientele has a good amount of Japanese people. So if the place has Japanese workers and Japanese customers, it is safe to assume that it is authentic sushi! They have many specialities that are unique to their place.
The food is as fresh as possible and always excellent. The staff is very friendly like Japanese people are. Very service oriented.
After all this, the cost of eating at this amazing authentic sushi place is cheaper than any other fancy sushi place.
Hiro has a crowd, but you should find time to come here! You will have a new favorite sushi place in Scottsdale. Come here, come often!
