Portillo's Hot Dogs

Love Portillo's! Being from Chicago originally it's nice to have a great Chicagoland eatery right here in the Valley! The inside is decorated with a lot of Chicago stuff. The Italian beef tastes as good here as it does in Chicago. If you want the best chocolate cake you've ever tasted you can get it here.

Amazing wet beef sandwiches. Not expensive. Vast menu with open kitchen overlooking an expansive dining area. Friendly staff and a decent size patio. Also has a drive through. We visit here every time I'm in town. Definitely worth a try.

We love to eat here. The Italian beef sandwich is a must try and the chocolate cake shake is INCREDIBLE!! Seating can be hard to come by for larger groups that don't want to break apart. Also, when ordering for large groups ask them to write a name on each bag. Otherwise, nothing is labeled and it can be a difficult process to figure out which belongs to who. Fun, casual environment!

Um.... best. Like, best. I had a combo, and it was a dog, roast beef, peppers, in a dip. Actually changed my hot dog eating life. Original Chicago memorabilia all around. Original Chicago taste and authenticity. Always busy but moves quickly so the wait is never long. If there is one near you... GO. You wont regret it. Bread shipped in from Chicago. Meats to die for. You will not be disappointed.

Everything we got here was delicious. This place gets super busy, but don't let that deter you. The line goes fast and they get your food out fast. I think we pretty much ordered one of everything by time we were done. The large shakes are big enough to easily share one with a family of 4. If it's a nice day, they have a patio with plenty of shade.
