    My husband and I came to Scottsdale for 3 weeks and stayed at a condo with no spices or anything. We wanted to eat healthy and found dream dinners. It was wonderful. Rita was very helpful and friendly. We did the introductory meals. You have to plan ahead to either go in on a certain day to prepare your meals yourself or pay them $20 to have them put the meals together for you. It took me a little over an hour to put 6 meals together. I recommend you check out their website. All of our meals were really good and we tried foods we would not normally eat. Loved it.
