(March 31, 2019, 8:35 pm)Manuel's has followed the trend in Mexican restaurants where you can't get what you want for less than $15. My daughter, a vegetarian, only eats cheese enchiladas. She has to order them a la carte (2 enchiladas > $11, with no sides). Their limited combination menu clearly states "no substitutions." That means I'm forced to eat (high caloric) refried beans when I would prefer to have rice. It's a trend that I strongly despise and I won't be back
